Take a seat at the Barber Station for a consultation with your barber in order for us to determine how you would like your hair cut and styled, which is then followed by a brief examination of your skin type and the pattern of your facial hair growth, which will allow your barber to assess how best to prepare you for the shave. Your barber will also ask you about any problem areas that you may experience when shaving on a day to day basis. With the important bits out the way you can now relax with a cold beer and catch up with the latest news on your personal TV as your barber gets set to work.
The Classic Signature includes a Gents cut with a wash and scalp massage followed by a Classic hot towel shave. You will first be reclined to receive a menthol pre-cream application and a hot towel wrap, followed by a copious hot lather to get you ready for the shave. You’re then finished off with a final hot towel and a soothing after balm before being seated up for a blow dry and style – not forgetting a traditional talc down and a splash of fine cologne before we say ” why thank you sir”.
The Deluxe Signature includes an Esquire cut with a wash & scalp massage followed by a deluxe hot towel shave to include an application of menthol & eucalyptus pre-cream and generous hot lathers, two hot towel face wraps, and a geranium gel face mask applied with continuous steam to cleanse & replenish the skin post the shave. The mask is then removed with a final hot towel, followed by an application of soothing post balm and mosituriser, before being seated up for a blow dry and style – We of course finish you off with a final talc down and a splash of fine cologne.
The Californian Signature includes a GQ designer restyle with a wash & scalp massage followed by a Californian Hot Towel Shave, the process of which is adopted from our classic hot towel, but includes a constant flow of steam, allowing the pores to fully open before working in a calming face wash. Cleansing continues with the use of warm sponges and hot towels before lightly brushing on a deep sea mineral face mask to the t-zone, which is later removed with two final hot towels and an alcohol free mint toner. On completion, a soothing Tea Tree and cooling Menthol post balm is applied to renew, calm, and condition the skin, before seating you up for a blow dry and style – whilst not forgetting a final talc down with a splash of Barberia cologne. The Californian Signature is carried out with the use of Baxter of Californian products (only) and carries a total of five hot towels.
