Every treatment received or product purchased in store will earn you one point for every £2.00 spent, which in turn qualifies for discounts and free upgrades once you reach 100 points or more. You will then be able to redeem these points in store towards product purchases or alternatively choose to upgrade any hot towel treatment to the next service tier. Points are redeemable in increments of 100, 150, 200 and 250 points at a time which cannot be carried over collectively, unless specified through a promotion.

Becoming a member will also entitle you to attend our member’s only events held in store several times throughout the year by invitation only. You will receive your very own stylish credit card size loyalty card, assigned with a unique member’s number, which is all you will need to quote every time you contact us.
